Advanced Exterior Plastics is a trusted and local double glazing company based in Eastleigh and covering the Hampshire region. We have been supplying, installing and fitting double glazed windows, doors and conservatories for over 26 years across the region.
We specialise in supplying and fitting uPVC and Aluminium double glazed windows, doors and conservatories, and offer a wide range of products, styles, colours and finishes.

Our Story
Welcome to Advanced Exterior Plastics. If you are reading this, you may have recently placed an order with us, and we would like to thank you for choosing us. We thought it would be nice to share a little about how the company began.
AEP’s history is rooted in humble beginnings with the business being started by my father, Sean. He originally worked making windows on the benches for a company called Tropical in Southampton. While working there, he noticed that customers were also asking about fascias, soffits and guttering. Seeing an opportunity, he began taking on small jobs at weekends, building a reputation for honest, reliable work at a fair price. That is still the standard we aim to provide today.
After a couple of years, he decided to leave his job and start his own business from scratch. The name Advanced Exterior Plastics was born following simple piece of advice; for the company name to begin with the letter ‘A’ so it would appear near the front of the old Yellow Pages - (those same chunky directories people used to stand on to reach the top shelf!)
The company started from the garage/office of our family home in Bishopstoke before eventually moving into our current office there in 2008. Around that time, the business expanded into windows, doors and conservatories.
Sean still had contacts for window fitters from days working with Tropical, so as enquiries grew we introduced a couple of fitting teams, and the business flourished from there. One of the original teams included Andy, who is still with us today after more than 16 years - a testament to the loyalty and strong relationships built alongside our craft.
Growing up, I often helped my father on small weekend jobs, so joining the business felt like a natural step. After college, I started out learning the fitting side before moving into the office. Today I handle many of the enquiries and stay in touch with customers from the first call through to the completion of the job.
We are very proud of what this family business has achieved and are grateful for the overwhelming support of our customers.
